About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Road Logistics team as a Logistics Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business and gain valuable insights into the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery, storage, and transport of goods from our warehouses.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of shipments, including route optimization and load planning.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize transportation solutions.
  • Plan international line hauls, overseas commercial relationships, invoicing, and technical processes for managing shipments.
  • Customs requirements and procedures for transporting goods.
  • Monitor and maintain records related to transport operations.
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs at grades 3-9/A*-D, including Maths and English.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.
