About the Role:

Pertemps is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Housing Assistant Officer to join our team in the London Borough of Harrow. As a key member of our housing department, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Analyze and update existing customer data to ensure compliance with housing and related public sector legislation.
  • Verify customer data within IT systems such as Photobook, Northgate, Civica, and Civica CX to ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of housing and related public sector legislation.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent educational proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including letter writing.
