  1. Project Management: Assist and support the Associate Director, Projects, and other team members in managing projects from start to finish.
  2. Order Processing and Specification Development: Process sales orders and generate comprehensive specifications for design and production.
  3. Project Planning and Scheduling: Facilitate the development of project plans and manage them from start to production, monitoring schedules and due dates.
  4. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to ensure all critical information is understood and transferred to the Breath HR scheduling system and specifications.
  5. Project Risk Management: Identify project risks and ensure projects run smoothly by liaising with the Associate Director, other Project Managers, and Project Team.
  6. Quality Control and Assurance: Cross-check Client PO's against Breath HR invoicing and ensure all aspects of projects from sampling, COM chasing, and quality control are managed to achieve stable project health.
  7. Communication: Communicate pertinent information between management, team members, and clients.

Requirements:

  1. Organizational Skills: Extremely organized and focused.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  3. Furniture Making Knowledge: Aptitude for / knowledge of furniture making.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  5. Multi-Tasking Ability: Propensity for multi-tasking.
  6. Deadline Driven: Deadline driven and willingness to develop operational processes.
