We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Build Space Group Ltd. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in determining project costs, ensuring bids are competitive and financially viable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project budgets based on estimates and provide cost information to project managers and clients.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders for fitout projects.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible deals.
  • Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with project costs and timelines.
  • Suggest alternative materials or methods that can achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor project costs against estimates and budgets, identifying any variances.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, tender submissions, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building)
  • AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering)
