Overview:
Pure Staff Ltd is actively seeking Production Operatives to join our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector. As our client prepares for a peak production phase, we are in search of committed and diligent individuals to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain seamless production processes.
2. Occasionally assist in loading materials into hoppers.
3. Perform cleaning tasks to uphold a spotless manufacturing environment, which is crucial due to the nature of the products.
4. Engage in basic machining activities as required.

Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility with shifts:
- Monday to Saturday
- Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
- Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00

Shifts may be rotated, although fixed day or night shifts can be arranged based on individual circumstances and operational needs.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is £12.50 per hour for all hours worked. Additionally, candidates may qualify for a weekly attendance bonus of £40 upon successful completion of the contract with 100% attendance.
