About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundation Pathways Lecturer to join our thriving and successful department. As a Foundation Pathways Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning opportunities to 16-18 year old students on our Health and Social and Childcare courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach on a range of programmes, providing flexible assessment opportunities and closely planning, monitoring, tracking and recording student retention, achievement and success.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, relevant curriculum and programmes, including producing annual schemes of work and/or training plans for all subjects/programmes to be taught.
  • Teach Qualification or willingness to work towards.
