Job Summary:
University College Birmingham is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dedicated finance team as a Financial Transactions Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, centralized finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day activities of a busy Finance Office, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Supervise a team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the Finance Office.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Relevant qualification such as AAT (Advanced Diploma in Accounting) or QBE.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
