Position Overview

As a Lead Physiotherapy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert assessments, clinical evaluations, and therapeutic interventions aimed at helping individuals maintain optimal physical function, prevent deterioration, and recover mobility whenever feasible.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary Clinical Team to develop personalized care and rehabilitation strategies that enhance individuals' capabilities, assist them in reaching their physiotherapy objectives, and assess their progress.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing a dedicated clinical caseload
  • Collaborating with clients, their families, and other professionals to design and implement tailored physiotherapy interventions
  • Leading and working in partnership with the Therapy Team, including Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and Activities Coordinators
  • Conducting thorough assessments
  • Maintaining precise documentation for clients receiving physiotherapy services
  • Encouraging choice, dignity, and independence in care.

Qualifications
