Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
