Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient cleaning service and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, group policy, and procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient cleaning service to internal communal areas, including offices, common rooms, and other public spaces.
  • Work with the team to support the turnaround of void properties, ensuring they are cleaned and prepared for new residents.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team, ensuring prompt attention to maintain our high standards.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues.
  • Working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
