Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate RGN Nurse to join our team at John Masefield House in Oxford.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RGN Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents with physical disability and/or long-term neurological conditions.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer nursing care, including medication management and wound care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid NMC Pin and registration as an RGN Nurse.
- Experience working with residents with physical disability and/or long-term neurological conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
