Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Rubicon Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing of products with high accuracy and efficiency
- Utilizing RF guns to scan products and locations, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Unloading and loading lorries and containers, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Palletising products, shrink wrapping, and labelling products ready for dispatch or storage
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and efficiently
- Using our computer system to dispatch orders, handle delivery notes, and manage stock levels
Requirements
- Previous experience in picking and packing, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Ability to lift heavy products (up to 20kgs) with ease and precision
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
