About the Position

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for community engagement and a strong background in administration and customer relations to take on the role of Lodge Supervisor. This dynamic position allows you to positively impact the lives of our residents daily. As a welcoming presence, you will be responsible for organizing community activities, overseeing the lodge's operations, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

In this role, you will report directly to the Area Manager, overseeing property maintenance while delivering exceptional service to residents. You will serve as the primary contact on-site, interacting with a diverse range of clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

This position is crucial for the lodge's success and the satisfaction of our residents, making it an immensely rewarding opportunity.

About You

Your commitment to outstanding customer service is essential. With a focus on creating a fulfilling environment for residents, you will possess a friendly and approachable demeanor. You will demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy while maintaining the efficiency and assertiveness required to ensure the safety and security of the lodge. You should be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.

To effectively manage events and oversee site maintenance, you should be an experienced administrator, proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

This role is ideally suited for individuals with backgrounds in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health and social care. A successful Lodge Supervisor thrives in a front-facing role and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service alongside strong administrative capabilities.
