Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle's needs and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Produce accurate job cards and update customer and vehicle records in our in-house computer systems.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Advise customers on estimated repair costs and timescales, providing transparent and professional communication.
- Perform other duties as required to support the service department's goals and objectives.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive aftersales environment.
- Ability to upsell service work and service plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with motor dealership database software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- A competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
- A fantastic holiday allowance and full manufacturer training, ensuring your continued growth and development.
