Job Title: Support Worker - Alloa

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Alloa. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to our service users, enabling them to live their best lives.

About the Role:

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work on an as-and-when basis to cover for sickness absence, study leave, and other staff contingencies. You will carry out all the same duties as our Support Workers, including working with colleagues to support vulnerable people, communicating and working well with service users, and being responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective and efficient support to service users.
  • Communicate and work well with service users to provide individualized care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Be responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
