## Opportunity Overview
Join BMS Performance, a family-owned global business, as an Area Sales Manager in their Commercial division. This graduate sales opportunity is perfect for ambitious university graduates seeking an entry-level role in sales.
### About the Company
BMS Performance specializes in companion animal nutraceuticals, providing support to cats and dogs across various categories. With over 90% of their products produced in-house in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the company has a presence in over 40 countries worldwide.
### Job Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for covering a geographical territory across Belfast. You will receive market-leading training, with the first 42 weeks of development already laid out for you. This will include on-the-job training with the existing sales team, virtual training, and on-site training at HQ in Lytham.
### Typical Day
A typical day in this role will consist of 3-4 meetings, split between pursuing new business and selling into existing accounts. The company philosophy is to promote from within, with current members of staff having progressed from this graduate role to senior positions such as UK National Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager for Western Europe.
### Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a 2.1 grade classification or higher and no prior experience in sales is required. You will also be provided with a company car.
