Actuarial Student Placement Opportunity

We are seeking an Actuarial Student Placement to join our London Actuarial team. This role is ideal for an undergraduate with an Actuarial, Mathematical, or Statistical/Quantitative background who is looking to pursue an Actuarial career after graduating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical and actuarial support to the Travelers Syndicate Management Actuarial team
  • Assist in delivering reserving, management information, planning, and underwriting support
  • Work closely with key partners at Travelers and clients to gain real experience of life in the insurance industry
Requirements
  • Currently studying an Actuarial or Mathematical (or related) degree
  • Option to take a placement year in industry before completing final year of study
  • Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
  • Desire to build relationships across the business
