Quality Assurance Officer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. Your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including:

  • Reviewing batch documentation and overseeing the release of non-medicinal products.
  • Assisting the Qualified Person (QP) in the evaluation of documentation for medicinal products.
  • Investigating deviations, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and managing change controls effectively.
  • Collaborating with customers and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Enhancing quality support across manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.
  • Creating and maintaining essential quality documentation, including works orders and specifications.
  • Conducting thorough testing and sampling of components and raw materials.
  • Managing retention samples to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Supporting environmental monitoring procedures to maintain quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
  • Assisting with the management of artwork to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Food, or FMCG sectors.
  • A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems relevant to product processing and production.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
