Job Title: Production Optimization Business Partner

Location: UK Manufacturing Site

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to improve supply chain productivity
  • Ensure the sustainability of improvements and drive continuous operational excellence
  • Support site leadership in yearly planning and strategy development
  • Deploy concepts from Arla Production System to drive business improvements
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for growth
  • Participate in project activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and nurture continuous improvement talent and develop coaching and change management skills

Requirements:

Experience in FMCG industry and formal qualification in lean manufacturing

Ability to act as a business partner and drive transformation projects

Strong coaching and change management skills
