Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the award-winning Spa of the Year. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality treatments and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
- Provide personalized consultations to guests to determine their treatment needs
- Upsell and promote spa products and services to guests
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Experience of working with luxury spa brands, such as Elemis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
