Residential Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conveyancing process on behalf of clients and mortgage lenders.

• Residential Conveyancing: Manage the full conveyancing process for repossessed properties, ensuring timely and efficient transactions.
• Sales & Auction Packs: Prepare and review memos of sales and auction packs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Title Review & Reports: Assess residential titles and prepare comprehensive Reports on Title for clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Client & Solicitor Communication: Professionally engage with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth, efficient transactions, and maintain excellent relationships.
• Sales Contracts: Draft, review, and issue sales contracts along with supporting documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Progress Updates: Respond to client queries, provide status updates, and keep all parties informed throughout the sales process, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Liaison with Asset Managers: Work closely with asset managers to facilitate smooth transactions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Exchange of Contracts: Ensure timely and efficient exchange of contracts, minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Post-Sale Administration: Handle post-sale matters, including distributing surplus funds where applicable, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction process.
