Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Senior to join our client, a Top 15 firm of Accountants and Business Advisors with a strong presence in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in the Audit & Accounts team and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver audit and accounts services to a diverse range of clients across various industries and sectors, including corporates, listed businesses, OMBs, SMEs, not-for-profit organizations, and charities.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with the wider tax and advisory/business services teams to deliver high-quality project work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the firm.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the firm's services and processes.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified.
  • Extensive audit experience, gained within a Practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A dynamic and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary, ranging from £44,000 to £48,000, dependent on experience.
