Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Operative / Inspector in our Northampton facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting forward axis parts used in cow milking robots, checking torque settings, and performing visual inspections.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect forward axis parts used in cow milking robots
- Check torque settings and perform no marks visual inspection
- Inspect painted products on the paint line
- Assist with general assembly and labor tasks as needed
- Work in the bead blast, spot weld, and general assembly areas
- Achieve targeted production based on job running times
- Adhere to all company policies and instructions
- Self-motivated individuals capable of carrying out multiple roles
- High attention to detail and clear communication skills with team members
- Experience in reading engineering drawings
- Prior experience in sheet metal and machining processes is an advantage
