Job Title: Condition Monitoring Lubrication Technician

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Lubrication Technician to join our team at I-care. As a Condition Monitoring Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out periodic lubrication of our customer assets and ensuring the correct lubricants are present and stored in the correct manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out visual inspections and report any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform lubrication routes, including the use of ultrasonic measuring devices, and provide recommendations for improvement to the PdM Engineer.
  • Conduct oil changes, check filter systems, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out all lubrication tasks as known to our customers, including taking samples for analysis, in accordance with Best Practices.
  • Participate in an extensive internal training program, including on-the-job training, classroom training, and ISO certified training.
Requirements:
  • Technical training and/or work experience in the electromechanical field.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic team of technicians.
  • Machinery Lubrication Technician Level or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience with lubrication of industrial installations is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel, as a service company we support customers all over the UK.
