About the Role

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, defining product improvements, and translating business strategy needs into product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle from new product introduction (NPI) to end-of-life, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal product performance.
  • Define and prioritize product improvements, leveraging market research and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement product development roadmaps, aligning with business strategy and market trends.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, defining customer requirements and creating go-to-market strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver commercial training programs for distributors and partners, ensuring successful product adoption.
  • Conduct competitor intelligence and market analysis to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Define core value propositions for the technology, highlighting its unique benefits and competitive advantages.
Requirements
  • A scientific background, with a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred.
  • Understanding of the biotechnology industry and bioprocessing solutions, with a minimum of 2 years of product-related experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Scientific writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
