About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing personalized support and care to our residents. Your expertise and professional judgment will be essential in making critical clinical decisions and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.
