Job Title: Healthcare Assistants

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Durham, where we provide high-quality homecare services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support to service users with varying needs and requests.
  • Assist with medication administration, moving and handling, and clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of care experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our service users.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
