Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination
- Effectively communicate with our workshop technicians and service reception to validate booking information and repair times.
- Ensure customer expectations are always managed by working with each stage of the service process.
- Shift Performance and Productivity
- Maximise shift performance through effective problem-solving, coaching, and development.
- Manage workshop work-in-progress and provide timely updates on progress to service reception or directly to the customer.
- Quality and Safety
- Work to the highest standards, surpassing manufacturers and VOSA standards.
- Complete thorough safety checks and prepare vehicles for MOTs.
- Professional Development
- Ensure product knowledge and skills are maintained to company requirements.
- Attend training courses identified and when required.
