Digital Technology Systems AnalystWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Technology Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and support of customer-facing applications and Go-to-Market initiatives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and reliability of applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with technologies such as IoT, AI and their application for GTM teams.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and understand complex systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Being flexible and adaptable to change is crucial in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and concepts to stay relevant in the field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
- Entry-level roles may require little to no formal job experience, but internships or practical experience gained through projects, co-op placements, or related coursework can be highly beneficial.
- For this role, proficiency in multiple languages can be an advantage, facilitating communication across multiple regions globally.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about different cultures and business practices around the world to effectively work in a global and matrix environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, agility, and delivering tangible business results.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
