Role Overview:
A leading global organization is seeking to enhance its Business Transformation team to spearhead innovation and change across its European operations.
As a Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing effective project management frameworks and ensuring the successful execution of projects across various European locations, primarily from the UK headquarters.Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee multiple projects spanning different countries and divisions.
2. Implement best practices in project management.
3. Support initiatives aimed at fostering innovation.
4. Identify emerging market trends and develop new service offerings.
5. Collaborate with Research and Development teams on new projects.
6. Provide training on project management tools and methodologies.
7. Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Certification in Project Management (Prince 2, APM, PMP, Scrum, Agile).
2. Familiarity with Design Thinking and Change Management principles.
3. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
4. Degree in Business or a related field.
5. Proven experience in managing complex projects within a PMO environment.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
7. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate strategic initiatives.
8. Strong interpersonal skills for effective project management.
9. Excellent communication abilities to engage with senior stakeholders.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Copilot.

Flexible Working:
