Sailing Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sailing Coach to join our team on a zero-hours contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching sailing to students across various age groups, as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sailing lessons to students of varying skill levels
• Develop and implement engaging sailing programs to promote student participation and enjoyment
• Collaborate with the Head of Sailing to ensure seamless delivery of sailing activities
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements

• Proven experience in sailing instruction and coaching
• Strong knowledge of sailing techniques and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
