Job Opportunity: Head of Reporting

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Reporting to join our client, a hypergrowth subsidiary of a $50+ billion revenue client, in partnership with In2 Consult. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial reporting function and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the accounting team.
  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end close and inventory analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the audit team and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Ex-Audit ACA/ICAEW/CA Qualified
  • US GAAP/Local GAAP Experience
  • IFRS Experience
  • Experience of working in a multi-ERP / system environment
  • Post-Audit industry experience 1-3 years post-practice - ideally a second time mover.
  • Exposure to statutory reporting and accounting in a previous or current role
  • Strong understanding of standard methodologies in Accounting and Financial Systems.
  • Month end close proficiencies.
  • Inventory exposure.

What We Offer:

Up to £80,000 per annum, with a permanent contract and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
