Job Summary

Populus Select Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to minimize project costs and enhance value for money
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet legal and quality assurance requirements
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior surveyors and contribute to their professional development

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field, with significant experience in a senior or supervisory position
  • Proven track record of delivering cost-effective solutions and managing project costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations
  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools
