We are currently seeking a Repairs Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the repair sector and will be accountable for:

  • Coordinating repair assignments to guarantee the availability of parts and ensuring repairs are executed safely, punctually, and within budget constraints.
  • Overseeing repair technicians and subcontracted personnel, leveraging team strengths while providing guidance and training to optimize skills.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, managing site time effectively, and maintaining regular communication with the office support team to confirm the availability of necessary repair components.
  • Engaging in a client-facing role to foster strong working relationships, providing clients with updates and feedback regarding repair progress.
  • Conducting Risk Assessment Methods to address any hazards that require attention before work commences.
