Senior Business Analyst

Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative business solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualise current and future state processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare thorough business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
