An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join a reputable construction company in the East Midlands region, working across East Anglia and the East Midlands.
The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and maintaining a commitment to on-time project completion.
This role will involve providing critical support to project teams in managing safety matters on-site, conducting inspections, attending site meetings, and assisting with audits.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for liaising with key stakeholders, including project managers and site teams, to provide practical and informed advice.
This autonomous role reports directly to the Health and Safety Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for projects in Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire, Norfolk, and Northamptonshire.
A key aspect of this role will be to influence positive change and build strong relationships with management teams and project delivery teams.
Candidates should possess experience working within the construction industry and a proven track record of building sustainable relationships with contracts teams and site managers.
CDM knowledge is essential, and experience working across a range of projects is required.
A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is highly desirable, but a NEBOSH Construction Certificate will be considered.
The ability to travel throughout the region is necessary, with some time spent in the office. The company offers agile working arrangements.
