About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Banking Professional to join our team at the NCAA. As a key member of our Investment Banking division, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex financial transactions and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on financing options, including acquisitions, capital returns, and ongoing working capital and refinancing needs.
  2. Client Coverage: Assist in client coverage and help drive client dialogue, including preparation of client materials, such as pitches, term sheets, LBO analysis, covenant analysis, and market updates.
  3. Debt Investor Marketing: Assist in drafting debt investor marketing materials and other external deal processes, including the drafting of offering memoranda/information memo, managing the rating agency process, and coordinating roadshow logistics and debt investor queries.
  4. Deal Execution: Participate actively in legal structuring and document review as part of live deal execution.
  5. Syndicate Desk Support: Work with the syndicate desk on deal pricing and execution, including direct contact on diligence with investor base as part of deal marketing.
  6. Internal Deal Processes: Help manage internal deal processes, including performing business, financial, and legal diligence, and educating internal risk and control groups; act as a liaison with other groups within the firm.
  7. Committee Document Management: Manage authoring and coordinating committee documents for both debt underwriting (loan and bond deals) and principal lending (relationship loans).
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree PLUS minimum 3 years of experience in an investment banking analyst position or comparable financial role; OR
  2. MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a financial discipline PLUS minimum 1 year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Strong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and credit analysis in Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Demonstrated interest in finance, companies, transactions, and financial markets.
