The primary responsibility of the Lead Vehicle Coordinator is to guarantee that each vehicle is meticulously prepared to meet group standards within a specified timeframe.

This role encompasses:

  • Conducting initial cosmetic assessments upon vehicle arrival.
  • Coordinating all aspects of cosmetic enhancements, including wheel refurbishment, painting, trim repairs, and thorough cleaning.
  • Taking high-quality photographs of vehicles ready for sale.
  • Assisting the sales manager in crafting detailed comments about the vehicles.

Furthermore, this position involves:

  • Performing quality checks on all vehicles post-preparation.
  • Managing logistics for returning vehicles to the appropriate dealerships.
  • Organizing vehicles for preparation for sale.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently as well as part of a team. A strong passion for the role, along with energy and commitment, is essential. Attention to detail and confidence in using technology are also crucial attributes.
