We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional in the Home Instead organization.
About the Role
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities and non-medical services.
- Carry out domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and accompanying clients to appointments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Travel between clients' homes, requiring a driver's license and own vehicle.
- Update our client management system to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50, plus travel and wait time compensation.
- Enhanced pay rate of £23 per hour on Bank Holidays.

Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, but a kind, compassionate, and reliable attitude is essential.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a sense of humor.
- A professional and trustworthy individual who can maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work part-time or full-time hours, with alternate weekend availability.
- Willing to support clients in getting out and about using your own vehicle.
Additional Information
We offer paid City & Guilds training, a monthly data allowance, and various full and part-time contract options.
