Integration Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Support Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team at Kin Vet Community. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of new practices and teams, ensuring a seamless transition and a strong foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with functions across the group to identify and mitigate risks associated with integration
- Develop and deliver reporting suites to stakeholders, including senior management teams, on the progress and successes of integrations
- Support and drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition of colleagues and teams
- Ensure consistency of business processes and policies across the organization
- Build and foster strong working relationships with new teams and practices
- Experience in delivering projects at a high standard
- Excellent planning and execution of multiple projects at any one time
- Change management experience and understanding of tools and processes to support others
- Commercial thinker with experience in integration processes
- Computer literacy and ability to adopt new systems
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to a maximum of 30 days
- 4 weeks paid sabbatical upon achieving 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years service
