This position entails physical labor, ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of the facilities both indoors and outdoors. As a vital member of a compact team, the successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational integrity of the buildings and grounds.

  • Consistently upholding the cleanliness of building exteriors
  • Utilizing equipment, machinery, and tools as necessary (full training provided)
  • Ensuring site pathways are well-kept and free from obstructions
  • Assisting with traffic management during emergencies
  • Collaborating with the team to relocate furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Conducting basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs

Ideal candidates should:

  • Exhibit a diligent and proactive approach to work
  • Demonstrate commitment, motivation, and a strong work ethic
  • Thrive in both team settings and independent tasks
  • Adhere to instructions and safety protocols
  • Possess effective organizational and time management abilities
  • Have experience working outdoors and maintaining service standards in various weather conditions
  • Bring some mechanical or construction knowledge
  • Project a professional demeanor to clients

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00
