Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Security Team Leader to join our team at one of our sites in Chester. As a Security Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading the security team, ensuring all patrols are completed and logged, and supervising all staff members on site.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the security team
  • Ensure all patrols are completed and logged
  • Supervise all staff members on site
  • Demonstrate character as determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable when welcoming clients and customers
  • Report any faults with the vehicles/mobile phone/CCTV/or general site issues
  • Work permit checks
  • Checks within the premises
  • Represent the business in the right manner
  • Patrolling of the premises
  • Radio comms
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guarding Licence
  • Driving Licence
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
  • Suitable method of transport
  • An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
