We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Consultant to join our team at Ingenium Technical Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to optimize the design and experience of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to inform design decisions and optimize product experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet ergonomic standards
- Develop and implement human-centered design solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human factors and ergonomics
- Strong background in human factors, ergonomics, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data
- Knowledge of human-computer interaction principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
