Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Milton Keynes. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support and Develop the Management Team

Assist the management team in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities to drive business growth.

Implement Sales and Service Strategies

Develop and implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and Analyze Performance

Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team to ensure the store is meeting its targets.

Assist with Store Operations

Support with store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration, and rostering to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first.

Develop and Inspire the Team

Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

Requirements

Strong Customer Service Skills

Have strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.

Team Development Experience

Have a good track record of developing and growing a team.

Retail Experience

Have experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations.
