Head of Housekeeping

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our team at Merriman Grange, a luxurious residential and dementia care home in Worthing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and audit all housekeeping functions to ensure consistency and high standards
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeepers and laundry assistants
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas
