Job Title: Event and Conference Planner and Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Event and Conference Planner and Designer to join our team at Strong Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, conferences, and incentives throughout the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and incentives from conception to delivery
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and manage event budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Manage event marketing and promotion
  • Ensure seamless event execution and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
