  • Managing the Sales and Purchase ledger, including entry and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Paying and liaising with suppliers
  • Bank account entry and reconciliation
  • Credit card, Cash, and Staff expense entry
  • Journal entries
  • General accounts administration
  • Purchase Orders
  • Credit control and debt management

The successful candidate will have proven practical experience within finance and be comfortable using a range of software, including Excel. The role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals.

Requirements:
