We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead - Primary Care to join our team at HMP Millsike, a brand new Category B men's prison located in the UK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the strategic direction of our services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical and operational management of the primary care team, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive assessments, treatment options, and supportive care plans. You will also lead and contribute to clinical and consumer audits, ensuring that our services meet their contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to the primary care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive assessments, treatment options, and supportive care plans.
- Lead and contribute to clinical and consumer audits, ensuring that our services meet their contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Healthcare to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations.

Requirements
- Registered adult nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Prison experience is desirable but not essential.
