Job Title: Head of Client Operations

Fitch Learning is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Operations team. As Head of Client Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the core operational teams that support delivery, including the Project Management Office (PMO), Programme Management Team, Planning, and Candidate and Client Support Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the PMO, UK Programme Management Team, Planning, and Candidate and Client Support Teams, setting the culture and tone for each team.
  • Develop and drive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the candidate and client journey.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, acting as executive sponsor on key projects.
  • Ensure alignment of operational activities and resources with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Implement, monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project and program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in managing operations in a client context (approx. 10 years).
  • Proven track record of managing and developing multiple teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design, implement, and socialize change programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
