About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Childbase Partnership's Maples Day Nursery in Winchester. As a Nursery Practitioner (qualified), you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children, inspiring them to dream big and achieve incredible things.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and collaborating with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young learners.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £24,710.40-£29,681.60 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits including up to 50 paid days off work, childcare discount, and access to our Perkbox platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to support their growth
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young learners
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 3, 4, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education for our children
